SWIMMING POOL OPENING HOURS
Our roof top pool is now closed for the season although the terrace area remains open for sunbathing
OCTOBER:
Main outdoor pool open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
NOVEMBER TO MARCH:
Pool opening times from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
Pools will alternate between the main outdoor pool and the indoor pool – dependent on weather conditions.

Staff Members
"Eduardo & Susana"

We are sure you all have met Eduardo and Susana, who are ‘at the helm’ of The Clubhouse. They have been married for 44 years now and originally came from Buenos Aires, Argentina. 28 years ago they started their first restaurant business and haven’t stopped since.
From 2002 you would have found them at the top pool terrace bar every summer with their smiling faces and of course with, at that time, a young Edie and Gaby. For so many years all we heard were good comments from our clients about the quality of food and friendly service. At the beginning of 2014 we proposed to the family renting and running the Pueblo Evita Clubhouse. A few years have gone by now and the family have built up a solid business with our clients repeating their visits every year and enjoying the quality of food, the presentation and the family like treatment.
In the meantime Gaby has become a grown up, responsible young chef with a passion for cooking. Eduardo and Susana have helped to teach her how to run a successful restaurant business and passed on a few culinary secrets, so she can slowly take over.
It’s difficult to talk about hobbies when you work long days and have children to educate but Eduardo loves jazz music and of course culinary TV shows and reads books related to gastronomy. Susana loves flowers and plants and is an unconditional fan of Rafa Nadal, so if she can she tries not to miss a good tennis match. All this of course in addition to being dedicated parents.

Nowadays the production of artisan beer has spread practically throughout the geography of Spain thanks to initiatives of small companies. Thus, it is easy to find these types of drinks in cities like Malaga, where there is greater concentration, Ronda, Antequera, Marbella, Estepona or Vélez-Málaga. Besides these, there are also initiatives in some villages in the interior of the province, such as Ardales, Almogía, Alhaurín de la Torre, Alhaurín El Grande or Frigiliana, among others.
